1. Who we are

Laura Health, Inc. ("Laura," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at trylaura.com and connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare clinicians for telehealth consultations. Laura is a telehealth platform, not a healthcare provider. Consultations are provided by clinicians who are employed or contracted separately and who exercise independent professional judgment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a U.S. state where Laura's clinicians are licensed to practice. By using our services you confirm you meet these requirements. Laura currently serves patients in select states — availability is shown during the intake process.

3. Not emergency care

Laura is not equipped for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this platform for urgent or life-threatening situations.

4. Our "if we can't treat you, you don't pay" policy

If a clinician determines during your initial consultation that they are unable to prescribe treatment for your condition, you will not be charged the consultation fee. This policy applies to the initial visit only. Follow-up visits, prescription costs, and pharmacy fees are separate and are charged regardless of outcome.

5. Fees and billing

All fees are displayed before you confirm a purchase. There are no hidden charges. Membership fees, consultation fees, and prescription costs are itemized clearly. Pharmacy and shipping charges are set by our pharmacy partners and shown at checkout. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@trylaura.com within 7 days of a charge.

6. Prescriptions and medications

Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinician's discretion based on a clinical evaluation. Laura does not guarantee that any particular treatment will be prescribed. Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies and shipped to you. You are responsible for following all instructions provided by your clinician and pharmacist. Do not share medications with others.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trylaura.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not create an account on behalf of another person.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our platform to: provide false health information, impersonate another person, attempt to circumvent security measures, or use automated tools to scrape or access the service. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, brand assets, and software — is owned by Laura Health, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular health outcome will result from use of the service. Medical decisions are made by licensed clinicians, not by Laura.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laura Health, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in connection with any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
